CARBON PREPREG

Carbon prepreg is actually carbon fabric impregnated with unreacted epoxy resin. It is used for manufacturing composite materials in autoclave and vacuum technology. There are many types of carbon prepregs, depending on the types of fibres, fabric and epoxy resin, which can be used in many combination. This material is used for various mechanical reinforcements where very high mechanical properties and low weight are required, such are in the sports, automotive and aerospace industries, the military, marine and construction.
